My Students

We LOVE math! I have been blessed with a very gifted math group this year, and we'd love to have some activities to work on on our own.

My 2nd grade students attend a suburban public school North Carolina with a 30% free and reduced price lunch rate.

I would love to look out at my students and see them engaged in math fact practice, growing as learners, and excited to "graduate" to new math ideas.

My Project

You can help turn my classroom into a place of Math Fact Mayhem! I am hoping to fund a regrouping activity chart to reinforce this difficult skill, search and find boards for addition and subtraction, and magnetic math manipulatives to allow these mathematicians to explore higher-level concepts. Please help my second graders develop their math skills so they can continue on this road where they enjoy math because they are so good at it! Empowering my students with a strong math background now is crucial to helping them be successful learners in the future.

Thank you for your interest in my classroom and my students, particularly my high-achieving 2nd graders who will benefit from these fun and motivating math support materials, which will help arm my students with math skills they need to be successful in the future!
