My Students
Please help my second graders learn their math facts in a fun and engaging way.
I teach 21, enthusiastic, second grade students.
Our class and school are made up of a diverse population. Due to recent budget cuts, we lack some of the extras that enrich the learning environment and make learning fun. My second graders need fun ways to help them learn their basic addition and subtraction facts.
My Project
The Hot Dot pens and card sets will provide my students with an opportunity to work more independently throughout the school day. The students will be able to work alone or in small groups on addition, subtraction, money, time, and multiplication concepts. The Hot Dot card sets give students a fun and engaging format to practice and reinforce skills learned in class. The students can then use the interactive Hot Dot pens to self check their work.
