My Project
In our aerospace-oriented tuition-free STEM middle school, our learners learn in a project-based environment. While schools were closed due to COVID-19, learners were unable to access this important aspect of our school and are now all too eager to make up for the lost time! Having heard many learners categorically state, "I will never use this in my life", as a math facilitator, I like to engage students in real-life applications of math. In particular, I like to make learners use fractions, decimals, and measurements in cooking projects. I need a few more tools to create successful projects for my learners.
