Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The second semester is here and our supplies from the first semester are quickly dwindling. I'm proud of the hundreds of pencils and erasers that my students have ground down and the number of dry-erase markers we have worn out of ink.

The pencils, erasers, and rulers will be used as we transition to packet-based education materials and ramp up our graphing on coordinate planes.

The shelf dividers will organize the new binders for students to store their weekly packets. The chargers and surge protector are needed because the students' weekly quizzes are on Chromebooks to emulate periodic state testing. Many of my kids count on the school or teacher to provide resources, and I have been fortunate to rely on the DonorsChoose community.
