Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are amazing! I work in a school where 93% of our students qualify for free or reduced-price lunch. A typical day in my classroom is filled with excitement about learning and exploring.
My students are always striving to achieve even when they face hardships outside of school.
Their love for learning is what will help them to become successful men and women of the future! I am excited to help them get on their way.
My students will use their manipulatives, games, and science tools in both science and math. The Engineering Building Blocks Kit and the STEM Explorers Brainometry will be used during our science stem time to build and explore engineering. The science resources (tweezers and droppers) will help expand our investigations like planting and exploring the earth (soil and animals).
