My Project
Hi everyone! Using math and reading manipulatives in a special education classroom enhances learning by providing tangible, interactive tools that support diverse learning styles. Manipulatives, such as counting blocks, visual aids, or phonics games, offer concrete representations of abstract concepts, making them more accessible for students with varying abilities. These tools also encourage engagement and motivation by making learning more interactive and less intimidating. By incorporating manipulatives, I will be able to tailor instruction to meet the individual needs of my students, promote active learning, and improve academic outcomes for my students with special needs.
