My Students
My students are creative, thoughtful, full of questions, and team players. They appreciate and love hands-on, mind stretching, engaging activities that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things, share their thoughts and ideas, and take chances in order to grow both personally and academically. They amaze me each day and it is my hope that I can do everything that I can to help them grow this year.
My Project
Please help me provide my third grade students the tools they need to learn new math and reading concepts. Fractions and time are challenging for third graders to understand without hands on tools to help them see what they are learning. The bingo game will bring a bit of much needed fun into practicing time too! Along with the math manipulatives, the letter tiles will help my struggling readers as they learn to blend letter sounds into words. With hands on practice they will for sure boost their reading skills! These hands on resources are truly a necessity, and my students will truly appreciate them for years to come!
