This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Stations are a wonderful way to allow my scholars choice in their learning activities and independent practice. My first grade scholars enjoy hands-on and unique Math and ELA games and activities in our classroom. They need numerous opportunities to practice skills they have learned. These opportunities also allow me to meet with specific scholars to complete harder tasks and provide much needed support.
Each scholar benefits when they are enjoying their learning and receiving individualized instruction and support from their teacher.
These station resources will allow me to create new and targeted Math and ELA activities that meet the needs of my English Language Learners.
