My Students
These kids are phenomenal. Many of these students are on their way to general education classrooms from special education classroom. We meet the in-between area and are something of a grey area. We are excited to learn and grow this year and need some help to do it. All of these amazing kids need some individual help to meet their goals and that means individual programs. Their amazing personalities are sometimes hidden by their challenges but with your help we are more than ready to push through the hard times to be successful.
My Project
This project is all about learning math through music and games. My students struggle with math, and through new manipulatives, games, and musical instruments, they will better understand the concepts of patterns and rhythms.
When students learn different ways to look at and approach math concepts, they are more likely to love math in the future.
By giving students fun ways to look at different types of math I hope to inspire a love of math. Teaching through play makes students more likely to respond and grow to love learning. Thank you for helping me to inspire the love of learning.
