This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students come from a diverse population of socioeconomic and language backgrounds. We are learning about the world around us and how to work within our world.
My classroom is a Special Education inclusion kindergarten classroom which means that I have general and special education students learning together.
Our class is learning to navigate the technological world. Integration of technology into my lessons is a key component to helping my students become world learners.
My Project
Having multiple math manipulates in my classroom will allow students to build their independence in math. Using the self correcting Math folder games will allow students to boost their math skills. Allowing students to use puzzles to complete a math sentence or number line will use their brains and hands to make learning numbers even more fun!
Math is everywhere and math can take us places!
Help us take math with us everywhere we go. These games will give us the tools needed to make learning numbers a lifelong treasure hunt!
