How is math directly related to my world?
I want my students to reflect on the use of mathematics in real life. The grant resources encompass many fields of mathematics: geometry, measurement, numbers and operations, algebraic thinking, time, and money. They need extension and enrichment opportunities to discover the excitement of problem-solving, reasoning, logic, and critical thinking...stretching their brains to go outside of the box and think like MATHEMATICIANS!
