This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Through play, we can work on math skills as well as fine motor skills. We are able to use Mr. Potato Head to create funny people while putting the pieces into the spaces. We are also able to work on sorting with our other toys by using the bowls provided.
My students work on fine motor skills throughout the day and what better way than through play?
The roll and sort toy helps us work on shapes, colors, and fine motor all while playing. The farm animals will also help us work on the same skills while having fun and learning about animals.
