Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Fifth graders are so creative and want to learn. The goal of this project is to get items which will engage them in new ways to help them learn some tough skills. With games the vision is to have fun project days where students will take recently learned skills and apply them in real life games, some of which they will even create with the materials provided.
Math isn't always a favorite subject, nor is it easy for many.
The more students are engaged with the activity, the better. Honestly, adults don't like being stick in a chair all day so why would a 10 year old? With the addition of flexible seating options to the cart, students can pick different styles of seats or areas to learn from, including fidget bands and stool covers for stools already in the room.
