My Students
I have a very talented group of students who love to learn! They come running to class excited every day. They eagerly try all activities and ask insightful questions. Their excitement to learn is truly inspiring.
Many of my students come from low-income families.
About 76% of the schools qualify for free lunch, and about 25% are military families. Currently, we have 700 students in grades 6-8 with a wide range of abilities. This is a very inquisitive group that genuinely wants to learn and participate in class activities.
My Project
A gift card for Teachers Pay Teachers will make a difference for my students' learning by enabling me to purchase virtual math activities like interactive notes, escape rooms, and puzzles to practice math objectives. These activities will be used for students learning virtually. Since they are learning virtually, we don't have access to workbooks, so I need curriculum I can use to help my students practice math skills. Purchasing activities from Teachers Pay Teachers not only helps me and my students, but it also helps the teachers selling their activities.
