My Project

The materials requested will help my students improve their academic performance, focus, and engagement in the classroom. Many of my students have learning disabilities and also have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) that causes a lack of focus. The students in my classroom need “hands-on” activities and projects to help them be focused, engaged, and excited during instructional time. In addition, my students are also visual learners. Therefore, the materials requested will help make learning more engaging and enjoyable. Rather than hand out worksheets or work on the computer, my students will be engaged in kinesthetic learning.
