My Students
The students I teach come to school everyday ready to work to the best of their abilities. They are eager to learn. There is a mixture of different cultures in my classroom. The neighborhood provides students with the opportunities to visit the library, parks for them to met and make new friends and stores to build their money sense.
These students are special because given the opportunity, resources and materials to work with they will realized their dream.
There are educational and recreational activities for students after school, so that they can are familiar with the resources that are available.
My Project
It is great to have amazing kids in your classroom, but some basic needs impede learning sometimes. Never have to think about basic supplies for an entire year is the joy of teacher. Students will use some of the supplies in their day to day learning. The pencils and dry erase markers will be used during group and independent activities. The math journals will give students a space to record their learnings and wonderings. The mobile cart will allow them to organize their independent readers.
These students will learn to be thankful and responsible, for someone took the time to care.
