This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am an intensive reading interventionist using the Wilson Reading system to provide Tier 3 intervention to older students struggling with reading. While the system itself provides the materials needed to execute the program, other materials are needed to organize and make the most the the program during the 45 minute sessions.
The students receiving these services benefit from multisensory tools to implement the program for maximum benefit.
The post its, clips, pens, pencils and organizational tools in this project will create an organized and colorful environment to learn and grow in structured literacy practices.
