My Project

My fun-loving, eager learners are excited to be back in the physical classroom. They enjoy working with one another, exchanging ideas, and learning together in math and literacy centers.

During literacy centers, students work on sentence structure, phonics, opinion and informational writing, etc.

The ‘Big Box of Sentence Building’ will help students improve their vocabulary, grammar, and sight word recognition. The 'Magnetic Tabletop Pocket Chart' will allow students to work independently on phonics activities. The colored paper and pastel-colored sticky notes will help students organize their paragraph-style writing, and cause-and-effect written responses.

During math centers, students use will dry erase markers to write color-coded equations and draw models to represent their thinking. The ‘Pizza Fraction Game’ will help my students visualize and build fractions.
