it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are in first grade and love to learn math. They are always eager to learn new things during the math lessons and they love to use hands-on materials like math manipulative. This year I have 32 students and I would like for them to each have manipulative like the ten frame to allow them to visualize and be able to solve the math problems. They will use the abacus to count and represent numbers during small group. They will be able to add and subtract. The place value to review everyday. Also, using the caddy will keep their materials organize. I also added ink because we are going to print a lot of math drills for them to use their manipulative. I will use the chart holder to hang the anchor chart during math lesson.
