it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The supplies and materials in this project will give students the opportunity to have a great school year! Having these materials and supplies in the classroom will give them equal opportunities to succeed. Some students come from low-income families which makes it difficult for them to get things. I want to offer them a quality and engaging education. Having a mobile laptop standing desk in the classroom will allow me to see the students and most importantly model writing, math, and science to students without the need to stand in front of the board and showing them my back. The binding machine will allow me to make workbook for homework and a laminator to make cards and resources to take home and use in the classroom. The books and other supplies and materials will allow them to have things they need to have a successful school year.
All of my students are exceptional learners!
What makes my students unique is that they are resilient and creative. My students are always finding ways to solve any task or problem without giving up. They ask questions, do discussions and find answers by observing, listening, and reading.
I don't want my students in the classroom to worry about anything else other than learning. Some materials and books are to do activities in the classroom and make the lessons engaging and motivated for my students. As I previously said, my students are creative, they love to do hands-on activities and do things out of the box.
