Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Most of my students come from low socioeconomic backgrounds. Our school is taking our first field trip with Kindergarten since I have worked here. I am so excited to offer this opportunity to my students! I want to make this as fun and unique of an experience as possible!

With matching colored shirts, we will feel like a united class!

Our class color for field day is orange. My students would be able to reuse their shirts for both events and I could relieve my families of the burden of providing shirts. It breaks my heart when a student doesn't get to participate. This is not only for fun, but for safety on our field trip. I will be better able to monitor my students.

My students are so appreciative of all things- big and small- and I know this would just blow their minds! Please help me provide Field Day and Field Trip shirts!
