This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The addition of matching white dress shirts for our school mariachi program would significantly enhance both the visual presentation and confidence of my students during performances. These shirts would not only create a unified and professional appearance but also foster a sense of pride and belonging among the musicians. When students look good, they feel good, which can positively impact their performance and learning experience.

My goal for this project is to elevate our mariachi program by providing students with the appropriate attire that reflects the cultural significance of their music.

By investing in matching dress shirts, I aim to instill a sense of professionalism and discipline, encouraging students to take their musical education seriously.

What makes my students special is their passion for music and dedication to learning. They come from diverse backgrounds and demonstrate resilience and commitment, often overcoming challenges to pursue their love for mariachi. With the right attire, we can enhance their performance experience and help them shine on stage, celebrating their hard work and talent. This project will not only enrich their learning but also contribute to their personal and artistic growth.
