My Project
My students love learning but have circumstances that make virtual learning better for them. Even though they are virtual, they still deserve hands-on activities that engaging and make applying math concepts fun.
This project will give me the ability to give my students real-world, fun activities that make practicing math concepts more engaging.
It will also provide my virtual students with online manipulatives and tools helping them navigate and learn new objectives. Online learning can be monotonous, so I look for lessons that allow students to be creative and use math manipulatives showing their knowledge of math objectives. By giving students activities and projects that are real-world, students are using higher-order thinking skills as well as problem-solving.
