Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students have learned and grown so much from the beginning of the year to now. Most of them are getting ready for Kindergarten next Fall and we are teaching them more advanced skills to prepare them. I created my Donors Choose in hopes of receiving some new toys for the end of the year.

It is truly a joy to watch and see them play with new items in the classroom.

These materials I am wishing for will be used in areas such as Dramatic Play, Toys and Games, Science and Sensory. Play improves the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being of children and young people. Through play, children learn about the world and themselves. They also learn skills they need for study, work and relationships such as: confidence.
