My Project
Meet Marshie, our classroom's beloved emotional support plush! Marshie was "born" during the challenging COVID era when I first gifted a Marshie to each of my first-grade students. He quickly became more than a toy—he was a learning companion, a source of comfort, and a best friend. Students helped Marshie "learn" to read, solve math problems, and go on exciting adventures. During virtual lessons, Marshie brought my students a much-needed sense of connection and stability in uncertain times. Now, I want to continue this cherished tradition with a new group of students.
I am requesting 30 Marshtomp Sitting Cuties Plush (6 ¼ in.) to ensure every student has their own Marshie to support their learning journey and bring joy to our classroom.
Marshie is more than just a plush—he helps build confidence, responsibility, and emotional resilience. Students earn their Marshie through positive behavior and learning milestones, then take him home to document their adventures and share their stories. This tradition sparks creativity, fosters connection, and makes learning engaging and fun.
