This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are some of the most incredible individuals you’ll ever meet. They are kind, curious, and full of energy, always eager to engage with the world around them. In our classroom, we focus on creating an inclusive, supportive environment where every student feels valued and empowered to learn.

To support their learning and communication, we are requesting dry erase markers, Post-it notes, and a Ninja Kitchen Blender—each of which plays a unique role in our classroom.

• Dry erase markers allow my students to express their thoughts, practice new skills, and participate in interactive activities that make learning hands-on and engaging.

• Post-it notes help with organization, collaboration, and visual learning—whether it’s jotting down ideas, leaving encouraging notes, or breaking down tasks into manageable steps.

• The Ninja Kitchen Blender may seem like an unusual request, but it plays an important role in teaching life skills, encouraging social interaction, and even making learning fun. From blending smoothies together as a reward for teamwork to using it in sensory-friendly activities, it brings a hands-on element to our lessons.

With these resources, my goal is to create a learning space that is interactive, engaging, and accessible to all students. Your support will directly impact my students by giving them the tools they need to succeed, build confidence, and develop essential skills in a fun and meaningful way.
