My Project

Cougar Cash is "money" that is earned by students from teachers when they participate in class, help out another student or go the extra mile. Cougar Cash can be used by students to "buy" markers and colored pencils in class.

Students love being able to use their Cougar Cash to "buy" markers and colored pencils.

Most of our students come with very basic, or no school supplies at all so markers and colored pencils are viewed as special supplies. Students being able to earn "cash" so they can "buy" their own special school supplies helps them buy into our school wide PBIS philosophy.
