This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love that my students love to create artwork to bring it home to their families. It allows us to teach them confidence and patience as everyone shares their creations. Many of our markers ran out of ink because we have so many special artists and need more to continue growing the artists of the future. Markers are not just for art, either! They help us teach colors, sorting, and handwriting, all very important skills for our students to build a solid foundation of learning for future grades in their educational career.
