Help me give my students books for our library squad book club and cleaning items to refill our supply closet.

My Project
In March, we celebrate Women's History Month, and what better way to celebrate than to have the library squad girls participate in a lesson plan called The Danger of a Single Story? Fiction allows the reader to experience complex and diverse characters.
Please help me give our readers a novel that explores vital issues wrapped up in a mystery, challenging readers to reexamine their own truths.
Dr. Bishop coined the phrase "Windows, Mirrors and Sliding Glass Doors" to explain how children see themselves in books and how they can also learn about the lives of others through literature. We Deserve Monuments, the debut novel from Jas Hammonds, will provide my students with the experience of reading a story rooted in all types of relationships. The most important is the relationship between a daughter, mother, and grandmother. My students will read the book before the virtual author visit. We also need a few cleaning supplies for our library squad closet.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
