Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students will test the laws of physics by creating marble runs! This activity will encourage students to solve problems and collaborate with their peers. Magnets are always engaging for students and they learn so much through trial and error.
Our Maker Space lab has a wonderful magnetic wall that will be perfect for utilizing the marble run sets!
Classes are able to sign-up for time in our Maker Space lab. Our Gifted and Talented students also utilize the space.
Students enjoy working on specific challenges as well as having the opportunity to experiment through play.
