it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I am the teacher of a 6:1:1 class for children with autism. I work in a high needs school.
My students are 5 years old and new to school. They need a lot of help developing their fine motor and math skills. My students have a hard time holding objects such as crayons and pencils. They are also in the beginning stages of math where learning numbers are important. Because these things are so difficult for my students, it makes them reluctant to participate.
I have found that using different manipulative to teach fine motor and math skills in a fun way motivates them to learn. Puzzles help them work on eye hand coordination. The peg board will help them learn math skills and eye hand coordination. The magic erase board helps students to improve their writing skills in a fun way.
Your help will make sure my students succeed in meeting their individual goals for fine motor skills and math. This will give them an opportunity to succeed in their life as much as possible.
