Manipulative That Correspond to Literature Made by a 3D Printer

My Project

The 3D printer resin will be used to make manipulatives that correspond to literature we are introducing to our students. The colors selected are colors, when used with a contrasting background, can provide some students the ability to discern shapes.

Our students who are visually impaired will be able to use their sense of touch to relate to the characters and objects highlighted in stories and provide objects that relate to their daily schedule (equine therapy, aquatic therapy, math, etc.) Resin for the 3D printer we were just granted from DonorsChoose will be used to help meet the needs of students.
