My Project

My students are in need of storage containers for their math manipulatives and other supplies. It is so important to stay organized in the classroom and that is especially important when dealing with math manipulatives. In second grade students use place value blocks, cubes, rulers, and so much more. These items are incredibly helpful for math, yet I constantly find them on the floor because students don't have adequate storage options.

Please help my students keep their math manipulatives safe and organized.

They are in need of a spot for their own individual math tools so that they can access these items whenever they feel the need to use them, as well as easily find them.

Math manipulatives and other supplies are important for aiding students in their learning. For example, place value blocks help second graders add and subtract three digit numbers. Students have the ability to better add or subtract because they have a good visual of what the numbers look like and what hundreds, tens, and ones actually represent.

I always want my students to have easy access to learning tools that better their education and help them succeed!
