My Project

Reading is a big concern. So many of our students are reading well below grade level. We are trying all approaches to build their reading skills and instill a joy of reading, exploring, and learning.

We have many students that love to read manga.

Even though it is not our ideal genre, it is what they are asking for and wanting to read. We have designated pleasure reading time. We are hoping that we can get them hooked on reading which will eventually open up so many doors and opportunities to give them a bright futures filled with possibilities.
