Help me give my students engaging team building, social emotional, anxiety and stress management activities to help them learn how to collaborate and regulate their emotions in an effective and positive manner.

My Project

I love that my students are loving and caring. They are special because they want to learn how to be better students. Many of my students have experienced grief and loss over the past year, and yet they continue to show great resilience.

These stress management, team building and anxiety relief exercises will help build emotional resilience, confidence, positivity and help their emotional well-being.

These engaging and needed specific therapy games will be beneficial and help my students become more mindful communicators and collaborators as they socially interact with peers and family members. These activities will also teach students about the importance of self- care.
