My Project
My students must keep up with the latest advancements in education to spark an interest in learning. Last year, our favorite way to foster learning was the independent learning station; an area where students were able to work on their independent research projects. This included a desk, a desk chair, organizational storage, and items to make our area feel like a work from home office. Students in my classroom loved to complete this research in an office like area in the classroom.
Over the summer, our independent learning station that included a desk, a desk chair, organizational toy storage, desk pad, curtains, and our "work from home" station became covered in mold.
All of the learning materials had to be discarded and replaced.
Help my students regain their favorite classroom study area to learn that research can be fun and useful!
