My Students
Help my students get the materials they need to get the most out of music class!
I teach pre-k through third grade music in a small title 1 school district in New Jersey.
My students are so enthusiastic about learning, and I want to make sure that they have all the materials they need so that they can get the most out of their music education.
My Project
With the scissors I have requested, students will be able to complete interdisciplinary projects. Be it creating a listening map, making Chinese lanterns when we study Chinese music, or cutting out 3-D notes, these types of projects help to engage all learners.
The storage bins I have requested will help to empower my students to take care of the instruments, to find instruments independently, and will strengthen their reading skills, as they find instruments by reading the labeled bins.
Last, the guitar strap will go on our classroom guitar, and the Beatles recorder book will provide fun music for my recorder students.
Your contribution will provide many great tools in my classroom.
These small items add up to be a big help for my students. Your help will inspire my students to be better musicians.
