Making Strides in Our Learning Through STEM and Literacy

My Students

My classroom is filled with curious and diverse young learners who love to learn. My students are kind and love to collaborate and problem-solve as they engage in active learning.

Each day with my students brings new adventures and new experiences which we explore together.

It is my goal as a teacher to further extend the love of learning to my students so they are able to not only have successful academic careers​ but achieve their own personal goals and dreams.

My Project

My students LOVE our LEGO and Marble Run kits, but putting the materials away after use is not so much fun. We really need storage bins for these materials so that students can find their materials quickly as well as put away their materials quickly so that parts do not get broken and we can maximize our learning time.

We are also in need of materials for our upcoming STEM projects, which include glue sticks and cups.

These are high engagement, hands on activities that the students look forward to each year.

Finally, we would love to have some gummy worms to encourage our "book worms" to dive into a high-interest book of their choosing and read, read, read!
