Help me give my students Illustrated Math Dictionaries as resources to visualize math concepts at home.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many students do not understand concepts of math and their parents may also be lacking some understanding. By loaning Illustrated Math Dictionaries to all interested special education students for the year, students will have a reference to look up misunderstood vocabulary and get a better grasp of the concepts being taught. Instead of sitting at home, not understanding an assignment, they could look up the concepts, clarify the vocabulary, and be able to explain their assignments to their parents. When a student can explain a concept to someone else, this reinforces their learning. This could benefit all of the students in the home, not just the student who was identified as having special education needs in the area of math.
