it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have a classroom of adorable four-year-olds. I love their eagerness and curiosity about the world around them. The children are involved in many activities throughout the day.
My children engage with their peers in choice time center activities that involve many opportunities for hands-on learning, growing, and socializing.
I would like the opportunity to engage my students more, as they learn through play each and every day.

My Project
For my project, "Making SENSE Of Learning In Our Pre-K Centers," I am asking for sensory bottles, tactile peel and stick letters, and peel and stick foam shapes. These materials will make a difference in my students' learning. The sensory bottles help young children learn about the world around them through visual perception and auditory discrimination. Sensory bottles are also a great way to learn about subjects such as - math, reading, science, social skills, and language. Sensory bottles also make great calm down jars. The tactile peel and stick letters will add a fun addition to our center to help with fine motor development as the children learn how to peel the paper off and stick the letters. This will also help with letter identification and spelling their names. Finally, the peel and stick foam shapes will help with fine motor development, shape identification, and expanding creativity.
