My Project
My students come from an underserved population. I need to ensure their progress to gain basic math skills and become independent. I have the best job in the world, to make a difference. Each day, I have the privilege of instructing students. I want them to solve math puzzles for daily problem-solving and becoming well versed in calculating and using problem-solving math skills. These sets for first to fifth grade are for our boys and girls who are struggling and have lagged behind because of Covid.
These learning card materials will be used in our learning centers for problem-solving, and these tools will help motivate and ignite my students' thinking and they will become productive citizens and contribute to math & science and be scientists of the future!
These teacher made materials will spark their imaginations, while they are having fun at school and learning math skills to succeed.
We will be excited to learn about math, do challenging tasks, and solve puzzles to boost critical thinking, speed, and accuracy to help math skills become second nature! My students feel as if it is too challenging and stressful to learn and be on task. These reading and math materials will make school a lot of fun and keep them engaged and motivated.
