I teach a diverse group of 3rd grade students. My students come from many different backgrounds, cultures and lifestyles. Regardless of their differences, they love to help others and make everyone feel loved. My class loves to work together to solve problems and they work hard to reach their goals.
My Project
With the items from my list I plan to offer flexible seating daily. I have a great class, I believe having flexible seating can meet the needs of students that need to stay on task. I also think the flexible seating will help motivate others so they can use it too.
The books I have added I will display in my room for students to read.
I also plan to read them to my students and have them discuss what we read about. I would like to create an inclusive classroom where students know that they can be successful.
