This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The six rectangular tables will give each student more space to work comfortably and safely—especially our youngest learners, who currently struggle to reach or sit properly at our oversized round tables. These tables will reduce distractions caused by wobbly furniture and allow for better classroom flow, more focused learning, and easier clean-up. Students will collaborate more effectively and have room to express themselves fully in their artwork.
From curious kindergarteners to imaginative fifth graders, each child brings a unique spark to our room.
They inspire me with their creativity and kindness every day. These rectangular tables will give them the physical space they need to create comfortably and safely. With more room to work and less distraction from wobbly furniture, they’ll be able to focus, collaborate, and take pride in their art—building confidence, independence, and joy in learning.
