Making Rhythm in Our Classroom!

Help me give my students rhythm sticks and percussions instruments to use in our classroom. The ones we had are worn out and we need new ones.

My Project

I teach elementary music for grades K-5 and my students love to play with rhythm sticks and percussion instruments. We play rhythm sticks games, rhythm patters to songs and CDs and we enjoy doing music together. Music is fun for students in school. It gives them a break from their studies and gives them an aesthetic experience musically.

The donation for this project will help me improve the student's musical skills, learning to keep a steady beat and develop their love for music in their younger years.

We have used our rhythm sticks so much that they have worn out! We use them as we create music in class, playing instruments. It develops a sense of working together musically, it helps them learn to work as a team. Music in the classroom help keep student's attention and focus on what they are doing with others.
