Help me give my students a CO2 sensor to have a visual representation of photosynthesis.

My Students
My students are part of a very small school community in a very rural area. We are also considered a high-poverty school. Our school has an awesome, small community atmosphere. We care about each other and it is common to hear students asking teachers about their weekend or how their family is and vice versa. My students are hard-working, inquisitive and love to learn. They strive to do their very best every day. One of the best things about our school is our amazing students!
My Project
We have all learned about the processes of Photosynthesis and Cellular Respiration in science class. We took notes and maybe watched a video or maybe even made up a catchy song. If you were lucky you got to do a lab that would show the process of photosynthesis. If you were really lucky the lab worked!
The goal of this project is for my students to have a CO2 sensor so that they can "see" photosynthesis/cellular respiration happening.
These probes are the most affordable on the market and with one we'll be able to at least run a demo where students can see what is happening. I am big believer in letting my students be as hands-on as possible.
