My Project
Pre-K through Kindergarten are crucial learning stages, and it is important to provide the essential needs to help my students understand phonics. Phonics can be a difficult subject to learn, especially students with low abilities. Having phonics learning materials available for all students to see inside my classroom will provide a structured learning environment where support for different abilities is easily provided.
The magnetic rounds will allow me to display learning materials on the large Epson board in my classroom during instruction.
Students who require additional support and materials will have the opportunity to use the materials to practice in independent stations using their individual magnetic whiteboards.
At the primary level, it is vital to support students learning abilities not only with book and paper, but to also engage learning with hands on materials.
These magnetic dots will ensure any learning materials in the classroom will be assessable for students to make connections to help them understand what phonics concepts are being taught.
