Making Our Garden Grow

Help me give my students the tools they need to transform weed filled planters into something they can be proud of.

My Project

We have recently started a Garden Club at our school with the goal of improving planters on our campus that were previously filled with weeds. We plan to expand to creating a community garden to bring our community together with a common goal of growing vegetables that represent us and the many backgrounds we come from.

Our club has doubled in size since we first started so we need more gardening tools as well as cloning supplies so that our students have what they need to help make our school a more welcoming site for everyone.

It is a great time for them to visit with their friends while at the same time creating planter spaces they can take pride in knowing they made a difference.
