Making Moves With a Mouse!

Help me give my students mice and mouse pads in order to easily navigate on their Chromebooks as they collaborate, create, and communicate throughout the school year!

My Students

We are a small K-5 school filled with students who are wonderful to work with! They are a diverse group of students in terms of race, income, gender, and ability levels, all looking for a chance to be successful. I have students who work at high levels and love to be challenged, down to students who need that nudge.

Many of them struggle with issues adults couldn't deal with, but still find a way to come to school and participate in the learning process.

We are a family of learners, myself included. Every day is a new day of learning, loving, and respecting each other. We are an awesome community working hard at being the best that we can be!

My Project

Having Chromebooks has changed how we learn in our classroom. Whether itś gamification, where we ¨play¨ games in order to enhance instruction, completing lessons on Schooogy, the learning management system, writing on their blogs, and/or creating projects, Chromebooks are an awesome device that fits the needs of our 21st century students!

However, some students are having difficulty navigating using the touch pad on the Chromebook, especially within certain programs and applications.

A mouse for each student will help eliminate this navigation frustration, and allow students to more easily use the Chromebooks to collaborate, create, and communicate.

Having a mouse will make work or play so much easier!
