This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

So many things happen in Kindergarten. And for my students to be able to look back and see what they accomplished would be so wonderful. They could see all the fun they had while learning and being creative.

I teach Kindergarten at a Title I school in Southern California.

I have a fantastic, hard working group of students with a passion for learning and having fun. They have blossomed like flowers this school year. They deserve the very best, and I would love for them to have many pictures in their memory books that I prepare for them to take home in June.

My Project

Your donation to help fund this project would be greatly appreciated as students feel a strong sense of pride and accomplishment when they see photos of their work and themselves posted in the classroom, as well as in their memory books. I have an old camera that doesn't work very well, and I would love a new camera to be able to take better quality pictures for my students to enjoy.

Sometimes I have missed an opportunity, when my own personal camera fails to work.

So having a new camera with better quality pictures would be ideal. We have so many events that I want to capture, such as our holiday program, 100th Day of School, The Leprechaun Traps, field trips, and other daily activities.
