Making Memories!

Help me give my students' families a memory on the first day of school! We will take pictures to give to parents and then take another at the end of first grade.

My Students

What doesn't make my students special?! I love that my students show up to school to really learn and put their best efforts forward. Each one of them is such a unique individual and each one of them really brings something special to my day.

Our classroom is filled with so much love and joy that we consider each other family.

My students enjoy hands on activities and they are very self-sufficient. They challenge themselves to reach their goals everyday.

My Project

All families want memories of their children on the first days of school.

I will use the camera and photos to create a community between home and school right away and will make the children feel excited to take home their own picture project.

The students will post their picture with a sample of their own writing by answering questions about themselves and then sharing it with the class.

At the end of the year they will recreate this project and see how much they've changed and grown since then.
